Fall Yoga with Lindsey Haantrella

Level up your wellness this summer with a midday yoga session with Lindsey. Return to yourself with a guided practice of asana (postures), dhyana (meditation), pranayama (breath control), and more. These classes are suitable for anyone with any body, as yoga is meant to be accessible for all. Dress comfortably and bring a mat if you have one. For ages 14+.
